Captain Fred has fished the local waters of the Space Coast for 25 years and has been a professional guide for 9 years. He loves to be on the water! Captain Fred will work hard to make sure you catch fish and ensure everyone has a good time! You and your guests will be fishing from an 18’ flats boat. She’s powered by a 90HP Suzuki engine with a cruising speed of 35 knots. This quick and agile boat will get you to the fishing grounds in no time! Captain Fred’s vessel is outfitted with a live well for fresh bait, a wireless trolling motor, a poling platform, power poles, and a casting platform with enough room for 3 anglers to fish at the same time. Up to date electronics like a GPS and a fish finder are also outfitted on the vessel as well as USCG approved safety gear. Captain Fred welcomes families with children 6 years old and older and anglers of all skill level.
You and your guests will be provided top of the line rods, reels, tackle, and lures. The fresh bait and the fishing license for you and your guests will also be supplied on your trip with 2 Lagoon Charters. He offers 3 trips through 2 Lagoon Charters and he is skilled in many fishing methods as well. Captain Fred has guided anglers of all experiences levels and loves to take kids so grab your family, bring some drinks and snacks, and get ready for a great time on the water with 2 Lagoon Charters.
You will be targeting inshore species on your trip with 2 Lagoon charters including Black Drum, Spotted Seatrout, Redfish, Snook, and more. After your trip you can have your fish cleaned and filleted for you to take home and enjoy.
