He is a fourth generation South Floridian who has fished from Florida to Wyoming and Puerto Rico to Belize as well as other fishing destinations all over the world. He prides himself on getting his clients their dream fish. You’ll hop aboard a 16’ Dolphin Super Skiff powered by a 50HP engine. This quick and sturdy boat goes from tight mangrove passageways to the skinniest flats, while also handling chop comfortably. USCG approved safety equipment is on board as well as top-quality navigational equipment including a GPS and a fish finder. A casting platform, poling platform, and a live well are also Captain Matt’s vessel. Bandit Outdoors welcomes children as young as 10 years old and anglers of all skill levels. On your trip with Bandit Outdoors rods, reels, terminal tackle, lures, and fresh bait are all included. Bandit Outdoors offers multiple trip options for 2 people. We also offer fly fishing instruction for anyone who wants to learn this fishing technique in a real-world environment. Bandit Outdoors also offer freshwater excursions fishing for Peacock Bass, Largemouth bass, Midas Cichlid, in addition to other fresh water native species in the South Florida canals. This 3 hour fly casting course takes place under live circumstances on the boat, while fishing. We’ll go over everything from basic to advanced techniques depending on your skill level. Casting, line management, fly selection, spotting, and feeding fish will all be covered.
