Our fishing charters set sail out of Arroyo City, Texas. Captain Hector may lead you to the nearby fishing grounds of South Padre Island, Green Island, Chubby Island, Josephine Island, Mullet Island, and many other glorious locations in the area.
Your South Texas fishing journey will take place aboard Captain Hectors beautiful 26ft Epic Kat bay boat. This boat makes Arroyo City fishing a dream come true! Her 300hp Suzuki engine will get us to all the fishing hotspots and back in a very timely manner. This vessel is rigged with features such as GPS, a cooler for keeping your catches fresh, outriggers, a live baitwell, power poles, radar, and all the latest fish finding technologies. There is enough room for up to 6 guests to enjoy a day of Laguna Madre fishing!
We offer full and half day fishing trips covering the inshore waters of South Texas. Captain Hector will provide you with rods, reels, tackle, and lures. Everyone over 16 on board will need to buy a fishing license before the day of the trip. From May to August you’ll need to buy croaker as live bait. This is an additional charge of $15 a dozen. The rest of the year live bait can be caught and is included in the price of the trip.
The Laguna Madre is teeming with life and Captain Hector will put you right where all the action is! You will be fishing for Spotted Seatrout, Redfish, Flounder, Snook, and Black Drum. Any catch you are able to keep will be cleaned and packaged at no extra cost.

Spend 5-hours in the Lower Laguna Madre targeting Black Drum, Flounder, Redfish, and Speckled Trout. Fishing rods and reels are included in the price of the trip and include Shimano reels, light tackle, and H20 express medium light rods. The captain can fillet your catch after the trip too. Everyone in the group over 16 will need to buy a fishing license before the trip begins. Don't forget to bring snacks and drinks – water is provided.
