Take the kids fishing for a great day! The whole family will fish comfortably aboard our Tiara Fishing Yacht that features full bathroom (with shower and toilet), bedroom, and kitchen. All safety equipment is approved by the U.S. Coast Guard, and our fishing equipment is the best available. We have all GPS, Fishfinder, and Radar technology to guide us to the fish. We do have accessibility for those in a wheelchair. You

Captain Philip Retherford is at the helm of Catch-A-Bunch. With twenty years of experience he loves sharing his passion for fishing with customers. Catch A Bunch Charters is a full-service fishing guide for your Grand Haven vacation. Or if you live in the area, let Captain Philip show you the glorious fishing right in our own backyard.

Catch A Bunch Charters is available for groups of six passengers. If you have a larger group, please let us know and we will work to accommodate with other Captains in the area. We offer a beautiful scenic tour of Lake Michigan for only $275 (this includes all passengers). Fishing trips are 6 hours and come with all your fishing gear. You will need to bring your Michigan fishing license.

Fishing Lake Michigan is a great way to spend the day with family and friends. We go trolling for Brown Trout, Lake Trout, Rainbow Trout, Coho Salmon, and King Salmon. The season will determine what we’re catching. Captain Philip is happy to answer any question you may have about trolling or fishing Lake Michigan.

Start your day the best way possible – fishing! This 6-hour trip will give you enough time to seize the freshest lunch meat. The captain will provide your fishing equipment, while you need to bring your snacks and drinks for the day.

Half Day Trip (AM)
We booked a 6am trip out of Grand Haven with Captain Dan & Wyatt. This was my son’s bday gift and the entire experience was fantastic! The communication before the trip was great with lots of suggestions and patience on answering my questions. The boat was big and comfortable. We were worried about bathrooms but it was nice too (although would suggest a moms deep cleaning lol. I suspect the average group of dudes don’t care. This would be my only suggestion.) Dan and Wyatt were very kind, courteous and attentive from the minute we stepped on to the boat. They worked the entire time and did everything to keep the momentum of fish biting and catching all day. Their gear was top notch and they had all the lines rigged the entire time. Our two sons took turns reeling in the fish, had a blast and even caught a few catnaps. We did take Dramamine but thankfully the waves were very calm. The trip ended with the captains hanging the fish for pics then they cleaned and filleted them for us. The bagged it all separately by fish species and loaded us up with ice too! Everyone was impressed with their filleting/knife skills. Wyatt was on it the entire day and Dan went above and beyond to not only make ours sons bday gift great, but also loaded him up with bait and suggestions for land fishing the rest of our trip. We highly recommend them. If you find that you are on the fence because of the expense, DO IT! Book the trip and make the memories! Views are beautiful and don’t forget snacks and drinks.
