Captain Leonardo Torres is extremely knowledgeable of the waters surrounding the Keys, is an excellent guide and teacher, and has an incredible boat to top it all off!
Your trip will take place on a 32’ Albemarle sportfisher, powered by twin 300 HP Caterpillar engines. She comes with outriggers, downriggers, a flybridge, top-grade electronics, and navigational systems to take you to all the best bites. There is also an enclosed porta potty and kitchen on board, making her perfect for your long, offshore excursions. With all that space, you can bring up to 5 other guests with you, and be sure to have more than enough time to get some quality fishing in.
On your offshore trips, you can expect to target Mahi Mahi, Sailfish, Blue Marlin, Tuna, Amberjack and many more! Inshore, you’ll have the opportunity to battle the tough-fighting Tarpon and Blacktip Shark. You can also bottom fish over reefs for delicious species like Mangrove and Mutton Snapper, as well as Grouper.
Top-notch Penn and Daiwa rods and reels are provided on each trip. Live bait is usually caught along the way, if not, it will be bought before the trip. Your fishing license is also taken care of, so you can just get right out on the water and start fishing asap! Just be sure to show up 15 minutes before the scheduled trip, bring your favorite snacks and drinks, appropriate clothing, and sunscreen, and the rest will be taken care of.
