Captain Mark is the owner and operator of Forgotten Coast Adventures. He has over 30 years of fishing experience, 15 of those years were spent on Florida’ Gulf Coast exploring its bays and inlets fishing habitats. Captain Mark is USCG licensed Captain. He has fished all over the Southeastern United States. He welcomes anglers of all skill level and he will cater your fishing trip to your skill level, helping you along the way.

 

You’ll be fishing aboard a 24’ bay boat powered by a 300HP Yamaha engine. With a maximum speed of 55 knots, you’ll have no problem getting to the fishing grounds in a timely manner. Captain Mark can accommodate up to 4 anglers comfortably. His vessel is outfitted with a wireless trolling motor and power poles. Snorkeling gear is available for Scalloping trips. Modern electronics such as a GPS and a fish finder will help you when searching for your desired catch. USCG approved safety gear is onboard as well. Captain Mark welcomes children as young as 5 years on your fishing trip with Forgotten Coast Adventures. 

 

Captain Mark sets you and your guests up for success when you book your trip with Forgotten Coast Adventures. Top of the line rods, reels, tackle, and lures will be supplied. The fishing license for you and all of your guests as well as fresh bait is also supplied. He’ll take you to the flats, inshore, and nearshore waters of Cape San Blas, Indian Pass, Mexico Beach, and Carrabelle in search of that prized catch. You’ll also have the chance to explore some of the most unspoiled tidal estuaries in the world where encounters with wildlife including bald eagles, osprey and dolphins are not uncommon.

 

Whether you like fishing the bays and inlets or trolling inshore, Captain Mark has the knowledge and experience to put you on the fish. He has many different fishing trips for you to choose from including a seasonal Scalloping trip. You will have a chance to target Black Drum, Cobia, King Mackerel, Black Seabass, Flounder, Ladyfish, Bluefish, Jack Crevalle, Redfish, Sheepshead, Tripletail, Sharks, Spanish Mackerel, and Tarpon when it’s in season. After your adventurous day on the water, Captain Mark will clean and fillet your catch for you.
