Located in Stevensville, Maryland in the Chesapeake Bay, is JadeLady Charters and USCG licensed charter Captain, Marion Kaufman. Capt. Marion has been fishing the waters of the Chesapeake Bay for over 40 years. Raised on the Chesapeake, he has spent countless days on the water, developing a love of fishing. With his experience, you are sure to have a successful day on the water with JadeLady Charters.

The JadeLady is a 42’ custom Bay Boat powered by a 300HP John Deere engine. With a cruising speed of 18 knots, you can be sure your guests that are prone to seasickness will have no problem enjoying their fishing trip. The JadeLady is outfitted with all of the necessary USCG approved safety equipment. She’s also equipped with the latest electronics for locating fish such as, a GPS, radar, and a fish finder. There’s also a salon and toilet aboard this meticulously maintained vessel.

When you book your trip with JadeLady Charters, the lures, rods, reels, terminal tackle, fresh bait, and the fishing license for you and all of your guests is included. Captain Marion will also clean and fillet your catch. Captain Marion has the keen knowledge of many fishing methods and over the years, he has learned to follow the movements of the fish in the Chesapeake Bay.  You and your guests can be trolling, bottom fishing, jigging, light tackle, or spinning on the numerous fishing hot spots in the Chesapeake Bay.

You and your five guests have the option of a half day morning trip, half day afternoon trip, or a full day trip with JadeLady Charters. Depending on the season, Bluefish, Rockfish, Spanish Mackerel, Yellow Perch, White Perch, or Striped Bass are just a few of the many species that will be biting your line. When season permits, Captain Marion will take you and your guests on a fun and enjoyable crabbing excursion as well.
