Budget friendly, family friendly fishing trips on Sheepshead Bay with a first-class crew, what more could you ask for? Capt. Jeffrey Nagler and the Midnight Star crew welcome you aboard the crown jewel of the Midnight Fleet! With room for more than 70 anglers to fish comfortably, Capt. Jeffrey will have everyone on board fishing for a range of tasty bottom dwellers.

Striped Bass, Porgy, Flounder, Bluefish, Triggerfish, Seabass, and more are just waiting for you to drop your line! Sheepshead Bay is home to a healthy fishery, with each of the aforementioned fish experiencing their peak season during different months of the year. You may want to bring a personal cooler, or have something to transport your fresh fillets back home in… All legal fish are heading back to the dock with you!

Your fishing license is included in the cost of the trip, as is access to the Midnight Star’s deck hands that will be available to offer pointers and assistance when needed. Rods and reels are available for rent, they’re typically $7/rod for the all-day trips. That’s less than $1/hr! After a fun, memorable day on the water, please remember to take care of your crew. Gratuities are very much appreciated!

Your fishing adventure starts when you board the Midnight Star, a 70ft Hawkers Island vessel powered by twin Detroit engines. She effortlessly cuts through the smooth waters of Sheepshead Bay, getting to the fishing grounds as quickly as possible to maximize your time spent with lines in the water. On board you’ll find a toilet for your convenience as well as all USCG required safety equipment.

Captain Jeffrey Nagler will be at the helm while you’re out on the water. He’s a lifelong angler with more than 40 years of local fishing knowledge. His passion for the water led him to be a deckhand from an early age aboard local charter boats, allowing him to learn from legendary Captains. It’s safe to say Captain Jeffrey is more than qualified to be at the wheel!
