Going where the big cruise ships can’t go, Northern Dream Alaska Yacht Charters gives you an up close and intimate look at Alaska.  Experience some of nature’s most awe-inspiring sights on a small-ship Alaskan cruise.  Captain Jim and the crew of the Northern Dream are dedicated to giving you the best Alaska small cruise experience.

Captain Jim has decades of experience fishing the Alaskan waters and is USCG certified.  He believes that the stunning scenery and experiences he gets to see while on the cruises never gets old, and watching his guests experience it for the first time is always exciting.

Northern Dream Alaska Yacht Charters offers a 6 night /7-day cruise where you will get to experience hot springs, glaciers, and exploring smaller ports of call as part of the itinerary. All trips begin on Sundays, and your group will spend the week exploring the stunning Alaskan wilderness with stops in the Indian village of Hoonah, Tehnakee Springs, Baranoff Hot Springs and the Laconte Glacier.  While on your trip there are plenty of activities to keep your busy such as fishing, kayaking and hiking.  Captain Jim knows all the best crab and halibut fishing spots and loves putting his guests on the fish!   While you are traveling along there is always a chance to spot local wildlife such as humpback whales, orcas, sea lions and bears among others.

The Northern Dream is a 65-foot yacht with plenty of room for deck lounging and taking in all the Alaskan beauty. When it’s time to call it a night, you will retire to one of the three comfy staterooms, complete with a queen-sized bed, private bathroom, and a TV/DVD with a selection of movies.  The professional chef on board prepares meals with fresh, local ingredients from along your way, and beer and wine are also included.

All fishing gear – rods, reels, tackle, lures and bait – is included.  You are responsible for acquiring a fishing license and they recommend a three-day license.  Other than that, these are all-inclusive cruises.  All your food, drinks, excursions off the boat, trips to hot springs and kayaks are included.  All you have to do is show up – they’ll take care of the rest.

Escape the crowds and join Northern Dream Alaska Yacht Charters for an unforgettable small-ship Alaskan cruise experience.
