Captain Billy Briggs will be behind the helm as you cruise this incredibly scenic area in search of your prize catch. Capt. Billy comes from a family of devoted fishermen. He fell in love with fishing at a very early age and nothing makes him happier than being out on the water. He loves to share his passion for fishing with all of his guests. Capt. Billy has great experience running Everglades fishing charters. He possesses vast knowledge of the local species and is always happy to share his knowledge with you. Capt. Billy is always ready to help you out with anything you may need and answer any questions you may have on your trips with him.

Our fishing charters set sail out of Everglades City, Florida. Captain Billy is determined to put you where the fish are biting. You may end up exploring the nearby fishing grounds of Plantation Island, Chokoloskee, Ten Thousand Islands, Chokoloskee Bay, Chokoloskee Pass, Rabbit Key Pass, and many other beautiful locations around Southwest Florida.

All the thrilling excitement begins the very moment you step foot onto our stunning 22ft Pathfinder bay boat. No other boat does Everglades fishing charters like this one! Her 200hp Suzuki engine allows for smooth and steady travel. She is fitted with features such as GPS, a cooler for your catches, a livewell for your bait, and all the latest fish finding technologies. You and 5 of your best friends or family members will have plenty of space to experience fishing the Everglades.

We offer 4, 6, and 8 hour fishing trips covering the backcountry, flats, inshore, and nearshore waters around Everglades City. Each of your trips with us include rods, reels, tackle, lures, bait, and fishing licenses. After the trip, we will clean and package any catch you are able to keep.

There is nothing like fishing the gorgeous waters of Southwest Florida and we intend to put you where all the action is! Some of the species we love to target on our Everglades fishing charters include Redfish, Snook, Trout, Tripletail, and Mangrove Snapper.

Full-day trips give you lots of time to target multiple species of fish. The fishing trips are always tailored to your desires and the bite. The targeted species can include Redfish, Tripletail, Snook, and more. Captain Billy will provide you with everything needed for a great day of Everglades fishing!

Half Day Trip (AM)
Being a career fisherman, (commercial, charter mate, and aspiring captain) I know the ins and outs of the game. Captain Billy knows the area well. He went out of his way to show us a great time. We had steady action, despite the weather and circumstances not being ideal…(august is a VERY tough time to fish the glades) Captain Billy made it happen, and was able to capture the essence of the Everglades that brought back child hood memories of trips with my father. He also knew the town well enough to make outstanding recommendations such as a great place to present my engagement proposal, as well as being able to guide me towards the only thing my trip was lacking, the best damn frog legs In the area. We made great memories, suitable for ALL ages, and will with out a doubt be back with my family on a regular basis.

3/4 Day Trip
Capt. Billy was unable to take my wife and I out on the 5th but he was able to schedule us with Capt. Travis Freeman. Boat, equipment and Captain were great. We were able to fish with different varieties of bait in various locations that Capt. Travis knows well having grown up in the area. We landed Snook, Redfin, Snapper and some catfish to use for the Goliath Groupers - landed a 20 pounder. To round out the day we were able to spend some time playing with a Dolphin pod. Great day with Captain Travis

We had a blast as Captain Billy did a great job getting us to fish. He moved around avoiding scattered thunderstorms and at one point we even saw a water spout! There was not a boring moment in the 4 hours we spent dancing around the 10,000 islands with Captain Billy. We were happy to reel in several fish that were just a bit to small to keep and several the we were able to take with and have lunch. We had several moments of excitement, my sister-in-law reeled in a goliath grouper that of course we had to release but what an exciting moment. He did a great job helping us just the right amount. He was consistently giving great encouragement, tips, and pointers. Captain Billy’s language was a bit salty but he took our lead whether it was acceptable or not and since we were two older women we were okay with it. Thanks for the great time and interesting stories, we will book again next time we are in the area!
