He has fished the offshore waters of greater Miami and the Florida Keys as well as the back-country estuaries of the glorious Florida Everglades, Flamingo, Chokoloskee, and the magnificent Ten Thousand Islands. Captain Jay is passionate about what he does, and he enjoys teaching others all that fishing has to offer.

 

Captain Jay helms a 23’ Center Console powered by a 200HP Suzuki engine. His vessel is equipped with a live well for fresh bait, power poles, and a wireless trolling motor for sneaking up on your prey. USCG approved safety equipment such as life jackets, fire extinguishers, flares, and a CPR trained crew are also on board. Modern electronics include a GPS and fish finder. The casting platform allows 6 anglers to fish comfortably including children of all ages. 

 

On you trip with Salty Native Charters you and your guests will be supplied with superior rods, reels, tackle, and lures. Fresh bait and the fishing license for you and all of your guests will also be supplied. A cooler is on board for your drinks and snacks that you decide to bring.
