With miles of white sand beaches, Jeckyll Island is one of the most popular destinations for visitors to coastal Georgia.  If you are looking to for a new take on the traditional fishing charter, join Xtreme Off The Beach Charters!  Their specialty is shoreline fishing excursions.  This means no boat, no travel time and, no sea sickness.  What you will get is plenty of time to explore the beaches of Jeckyll Island, and a fishing adventure like no other.

Captain Richard, the man behind Xtreme Off The Beach Charters, is a lifelong angler who discovered his passion for beach fishing while participating in land-based fishing tournaments. He looks forward to sharing his knowledge with anglers of all ages and skill levels.

Xtreme Off The Beach Charters offers trips for groups of up to 6 guests, which makes them the ideal choice for families and others looking for a unique way to spend their day.  Captain Richard works hard to make sure that every trip is customized to each group. You get to cast off when you want, then explore the beach while you wait for a bite.  When that bite comes, your Guide, is right there to teach you the best tips and tricks to reel them in!

Jekyll Island offers fantastic year-round angling opportunities.  The species targeted will vary depending on when you visit, but Captain Richard will show you how to use a variety of techniques to hook everything from Snook to Redfish to King Mackerel or even Yellowfin Tuna, among others.  Each trip includes your rods, reels, tackle and bait.  All you need to bring is a valid Georgia fishing license along with any snacks and drinks you would like. You can keep your catch, and Captain Richard will clean it for you.

If you are feeling a little more adventurous, you can join your guide and battle Shark species such as Blacktip and Hammerhead.  All Sharks are catch and release, so don’t forget your camera.

If you’re ready for a different type of Fishing Adventure, join Xtreme Off The Beach Charters to start making memories that will last a lifetime!
