In St Augustine history and modern life collide.  You can walk the beaches where Spanish explorers first set foot hundreds of years ago. If you are looking to for a change from the traditional fishing charter, join Xtreme Off The Beach Charters!  Their specialty is shoreline fishing excursions. This means no boat, no travel time and, no sea sickness.  What you will get is plenty of time to explore the beaches of St Augustine and a fishing adventure like no other.

Captain Richard Huggins is a lifelong angler who loves to use his vast knowledge to introduce his guests to this unique way of fishing.  He is certain you will love shoreline fishing and how these trips cater to all ages and skill levels.  Regardless of if you’re an expert angler or this is your first time picking up a rod, Xtreme Off The Beach Charters offers trips that are completely accessible for everyone.

Xtreme Off The Beach Charters offers trips for groups of up to 6 guests, which makes them the ideal choice for families and others looking for a unique way to spend their day.  Captain Richard works hard to make sure that every trip is customized to each group. You get to cast off when you want, then explore the beach while you wait for a bite.  When that bite comes, your Guide, is right there to teach you the best tips and tricks to reel them in!

Just because you are casting from the beach doesn’t mean you compromise on the fish you will be targeting. Depending on the time of year, you could be targeting Permit, Redfish, Sheepshead, and even King Mackerel or Yellowfin Tuna, among others.  Each trip includes your rods, reels, tackle and bait.  All you need to bring is a valid Florida fishing license along with any snacks and drinks you would like. You can keep your catch, and Captain Richard will clean it for you.

If you are feeling a little more adventurous, you can join your guide and battle Shark species such as Blacktip and Hammerhead.  All Sharks are catch and release, so don’t forget your camera.

If you’re ready for a different type of Fishing Adventure, join Xtreme Off The Beach Charters to start making memories that will last a lifetime!
