The fish have been cooperating very well as of late, despite the rains we had over the last month. Things seem to be settling down a bit, and the fish are hungry. It appears the fall gorge has begun, with the fish feeding heavily to prepare for winter.
They are fat, they are aggressive and they are hungry. We are not only catching a lot of fish as of late, but we are catching some very large fish as well.
It’s a great time to come, with the weather beginning to show signs of changing. Some of the best fishing of the year is coming up, with warm days and cool nights.
